About Tanny's Art

モンタナ州の大自然、コロラド州のロッキー山脈、満天の星空。
思春期に多くの時間を自然の中で過ごし、風や水、空気に触れるたび、心の中にさまざまな「色」を感じてきました。

偶然出会った抽象画をきっかけに制作を始め、やがて筆を手放し、指で直接描くスタイルへ。

指だからこそ生まれる偶然性、絵の具の質感、リズムを大切にし、星空、水の流れ、風や空気の香りなど、自然が持つ目に見えないエネルギーを色彩と質感の表現へと変えていきます。

現在はロサンゼルスを拠点に、広大な砂漠や空、緑の風景から感覚を受け取りながら制作しています。

言葉になる前の情緒を、色彩と質感で表現する。
それが、私のアートです。

The vast landscapes of Montana, the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, and skies filled with countless stars.

During my formative years, I spent much of my time immersed in nature. Whenever I felt the wind, touched the water, or breathed in the fresh air, I sensed different “colors” emerging within me.

A chance encounter with abstract painting inspired me to begin creating art. Over time, I moved away from brushes and developed a more intuitive approach, painting directly with my fingers.

I embrace the spontaneity that comes from painting by hand, along with the texture of the paint and the rhythms that emerge naturally. Inspired by starlit skies, flowing water, wind, and the scent of the air, I transform the invisible energy of nature into expressions of color and texture.

Now based in Los Angeles, I continue to create while drawing inspiration from vast desert landscapes, open skies, and the surrounding greenery.

Expressing emotions that exist before words through color and texture.
That is my art.
